Lost USB stick.....

My oldest son (6 yrs) was tampering with his Hackintosh, and now the boot USB is lost..

How do I make a new boot USB to the previously fully working Lion install?? Is there anything else I need to do like running multi beast again?

I've also managed to loose my 'Boot USB stick' ( I never setup a boot from an internal HD).... No idea how to just create another...

When I go through UniBeast setup, it requires that I setup an installation file... but I don't want to install 'high Sierra', I just want to boot from my ssd drive with yosemite already on it.

I'd really appreciate it if someone can give some suggestion on how to create another Boot USB stick?... Thanks!!
