lost partition

I have WDC 4TB HDD and i make 2 partions.
today i use Disk utility and i click the repair disk..than suddenly the second partition not appear in the Disk Uttility, now the HDD only have 1 partition with only 2TB.
how can i recover this lost partition in HDD.

I still use OSX Yosemite and in Disk Utility theres no View and show all devices.

the HDD only 2TB in 1 partition, and i can not find the second 2TB partition in disk utility

can you tell me how to use fsck in single mode....just type fsck only or with something else......
