What is the problem?

I get this when I open up audio_cloverHDMI-130_v0.6.command:

File: audio_cloverHDMI-130_v0.6.command

Release Mode

EFI partition is mounted

Error: no IOReg/HDEF; BIOS/audio/disabled or ACPI problem

Continue without HDEF/onboard audio (y/n):

I would really like HDEF/onboard audio so I can plug in headphones, but I don't want to be limited to just that. I would also like audio from my HDMI. Anyways I answered yes and got this:

No audio codec detected

No system files were changed

ok so I think I disabled SIP the right way by changing this in my config.plist:

<dict>
<key>BooterConfig</key>
<string>0x28</string>
<key>CsrActiveConfig</key>
<string>0x03</string>
</dict>

to this

<dict>
<key>CsrActiveConfig</key>
<string>0x67</string>
<key>BooterConfig</key>
<string>0x28</string>
</dict>

So now I'm stuck here:

300/200/100 Series Intel High Definition Audio (Workaround requires 1, 2, 3 and 4)
  1. Rename dsdt/HDAS to HDEF (Select one method)
    1. Clover: Download/config-audio_cloverALC-130.plist.zip
      • Add
config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches/Rename HDAS to HDEF

I downloaded the file, but I have no idea what to do now. Please dumb down your answer for me. I'm slow when it comes to this stuff.

CsrActiveConfig=0x03 is SIP disabled, no change required.
downloaded the file, but I have no idea what to do now
Ignored instructions, "... /2. ssdt injection/Audio ID: 1"
Skip Option 1, use Option 2.
Install instructions included with download.

Sorry I don’t understand stand what you’re saying. I actually did a fresh install so I wouldn't have to remove anything. These pages keep shooting back and forth. Its confusing. And I downloaded that file again and its just the config-audio_cloverALC-130 there are no instructions for install with it.

downloaded that file again
Wrong, again.; ignore option 1 and use option 2.
Rename dsdt/HDAS to HDEF (Select ONE method)
  1. Clover: Download - Ignore
  2. ssdt injection (Any bootloader. Select Audio ID and install)
Click on link. Click on View Raw. Installation instructions included in download.
