Looking to get WiFi and Bluetooth working. Question about the BCM94360CS

I have been doing some research into wireless cards and have decided that an Apple Airport card would be my best option. I have heard good things about the BCM94360CS from late 2013 - 2014 MacBook Pros and thought that it would be a good option.

I have found this: which is a genuine card, but then as I am using a desktop machine which has no M.2 ports, so I would have to use PCIe. I am yet to find something that would only require me to use one adaptor, all I can find is Mini PCIe to M.2 and then M.2 to PCIe. Is there a suitable adaptor for this and if not, would it even work with the two adaptors?

Also, I have found this: which is a non genuine card but has an adaptor to go straight into PCIe (and its pretty cheap). Would this be a good option that would work well, including AirDrop, handoff, unlock with Apple Watch etc? Are there any obvious problems using this?

I'm open to any other suggestions on a better suited card, as long as it has AirDrop, Handoff, Unlock with Apple Watch etc and is reasonably priced.

I'm running High Sierra 10.13.6 but would like support for Catalina and beyond as I intend to upgrade soon. My machine is a HP Z420 Workstation with a Xeon E5-1650, NVIDIA Quadro K400 Graphics.

Thanks in advance for any information!
