Looking for the quietest PSU

Hi All,

I want to replace the PSU on my build. I need to power an ASUSP8P67-m with a core i5, ATI Radeon HD 5770, 4 sticks of RAM and a firewire card.

I was looking at a FSP Aurum AU-500FL Xilenser 500W here: http://www.quietpc.com/fsp-au-500fl

Noise is the primary concern, I want it to be as quiet as possible but also the possibility of upgrading my motherboard to a newer gigabyte one and a Haswell CPU sometime soon.

Any advice would be really appreciated,

cant get quieter than a fanless psu.
a few companies do them, seasonic is a personal favourite.
there are also psus which run with a fan, but the fan doesnt spin until it reaches a certain temp/load. the rm series from corsair for example.

Thanks for the info I looked up seasonic and the 520W Platinum SS-520FL2 looks good. Much cheaper too. Do you think 520w will be enough and reasonably future-proof?
