Looking for Some Advice on a Build...

Hey All,

I'm looking to build my first hackintosh. I'm leaning towards an ITX build for size. It doesn't need to be a powerhouse, something mid-range ($500 to $1000). My list so far is:

Case: Fractal Design Node 304 (Black)
PSU: Some Corsair 500ish Watt PSU
RAM: 2x16GB DDR4 PC2400 (Crucial Ballistix Sport LT)
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600k
HDD/SSD: 2x 256GB SSD (For Dual Booting) (Likely Samsung 850).

The outstanding parts to pick are the motherboard and the video card.... any advice?

Ideally I'd like
1) Gigabit Ethernet
2) WIFI + Bluetooth
3) USB C

Any advice on a graphics card and motherboard?....

My goal is optimal compatibility..... I want this to be as easy as possible.

I had a Gigabyte z170n gaming 5 motherboard which have gigabit ethernet and usb c, you can also swap out the intel wifi/bt card for a Broadcom. GPU will go gtx1050 for budget.
