Looking for a cheap GFX with HDMI for ML

UPDATE: Thanks for the recomendations, finally get it working on the HD4000 HDMI, the problem was my TV (Philips model) who was not recognized. Borrowed an HDMI monitor and everything is OK now. Will see how I will do it for the TV, probably an adapter HDMI to DVI... Thanks again.

I mounting a new machine to plug on my TV. My conf is

GA-H77-DS3H
Core i5 (with HD 4000)
...

Everything works fine but I'm not able to make the HDMI port working.

So I'm looking for an easy to install, cheap gfx with a least one working HDMI port.
That would be great if this card is still widely available (newegg, amazon...).

The HDMI audio is not important I just need the video.

No fan, bigger heat sink, no noise. Important considerations for an HTPC build.
