Hi guys,
I've been dealing with a very sluggish GUI in Logic Pro and also Final Cut Pro. Both programs start off fine visually but once a project starts to develop the GUIs performance begins to degrade. It doesn't matter how cpu intensive the project is it usually gets worse with time.
I'm asking here if anyone might know a way for me to fix this problem. When LPX first released I presumed it was just a bug. But hearing people claim to have no lag on similarly large projects makes me think that this is something to do with my gpu.
The only only thing I can think of is that my GTX660 is an over clocked edition by ASUS which might be doing something. Would changing my GPU to something like a GTX760 be of any improvement ?
Here is a video I posted a while ago of the very problem I'm talking about. If you use logic I would be very eager to ear if this doesn't happen on your setups too.
Thanks
