COOLER MASTER Seidon 240M -- thinking of getting this to cool my i7 3770k. I'm wondering: will it be compatible with my Antec 900 case?
Liquid cooler compatible with my case?

Bump Dschijn, the only option would seem to be the front. Although, depending on clearances between the mounting in the front and the HDD cage it might not be able to accommodate the rad at all :/
Id say get a new case but IDK if that's fees-able and within budget for you. I have a Shinobi XL Windowed in black, got it for £112 (about $170) and I'm really pleased with it. It has a tonne of options for mounting of rads and a load of room for HDDs and SSDs. There's even space for a 3x120mm rad in the top. Just a suggestion but honestly, i don't think that you chose a decent enough case for watercooling. Anyway, goodluck!
