Heyho,
will there be some kind of guide for upgrading an existing Ivy Bridge system?
I found no report from a user doing the upgrade (on a system similar to mine) yet. :S

The same method as OS X Lion applies to Mountain Lion. You need to search this site a little better.

Buy ML from the AppStore
Create an 'Installer' UniBeast USB drive
Boot with UniBeast 'Installer' drive, choose 'Installer' partition. Install over existing Lion partition (skip Disk Utility).
