I haven't build an mackintosh since 2011. After my 2600K Build I switched to an Mac Mini in 2012 and later to a MacBook Pro 13 in 2016. This build focuses on the Mini ITX system (System 1). The purpose of this system is to be a Plex media server, a NAS and a time machine backup server witch runs 24/7 and has to be as quiet as possible. I have to mention that the on board WIFI card is not compatible with MacOS and the second ethernet port (Atheros) isn't working too. Bluetooth is working.
Installation Notes
Make sure your on the latest non beta BIOS F7 for the best RAM and system stability.
UEFI Settings
1. To access UEFI Setup, press and hold Delete on a USB Keyboard while the system is booting up
2. In Save & Exit: Set to Optimized Defaults.
3. (Optional) In M.I.T: Go to Advanced Memory Settings and change Memory Enhancement Setting to Enhanced Stability.
4. In Bios Features: Set VT-d to disabled. Set Windows Features to Other OS. Set Boot Mode Selection to UEFI Only.
5. In Peripherals: Set XHCI Mode to AUTO. Set XHCI Hand-off to Enabled. Set EHCI Hand-off to Enabled. In Super IO Configuration set Serial Port A to Disabled.
6. (Optional) In Power Management: Set Wake on Lan to Enabled
7. (Optional) Save & Exit: Save your UEFI Profile.
Installation
For installation I used UniBeast 8.2.0 and MultiBeast 10.2.0 and the latest version of macOS high sierra 10.13..3. I had some trouble to get wake on lan to work but after switching from AppleIntelE1000 v3.3.6 to IntelMausiEthernet v3.2.0 I works just fine. The only things that are not working are WIFI and HDMI audio. Both of with will be never used in this server configuration.
MultiBeast Settings
Use the following settings and reboot following a successful installation.

HDMI Audio Fix:
To enable HDMI audio is used the clover HDMI script from this guid: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/audio-hdmi-audio-applehda-guide.143760/
1: Download the cloverHDMI.command.zip from step guid above.
2: Run the audio_colverHDMI-130_v0.8.command
3: The script will ask a few questions. Press Y to continue until it asks for NVIDIA/AMD SSDTs. Press N and the script will finish.
4: Restart and check you audio setting. HDMI Audio should be listed and working.
At last here are some pics from the system:
