LGA 775 Can't load into installer

I simply get this error.

I guess it's about my cpu but I thought El Capitan doesn't need SSE4.1 so I don't know what it's about. Also The bootloader on my El Capitan flash doesn't work for this computer so I use one on another High Sierra flash.
MB: Intel DQ35MPE
CPU: E6550
