hello, i have lenovo z510 too. But i will install mac os 10.9 at 01.01.2015-12.01.2015 with clover.
two months ago boot was normal.

I have successfully installed OSX 10.9 on my laptop.
All fine, but wired network - not present in system.
Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8101E/RTL8102E PCI Express Fast Ethernet controller (rev 07)

I am using internal + external monitor with adapter HDMi to DVI

for audio i am using usb Logitech A-5572A

wow, it is a fullest guide what i seen.
i'll rebuild clover config in my weekend.
now - doesn't work battery status, audio (internal).
i am not able to check CPU states. I don't know hot to check.

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.
