I just finished my 10.13.4 hackintosh on my Yoga 720 but for some reason my graphic card seems stopped working properly. tried every method I found and still can't solve the problem.
every time I drag windows it lags and takes about a minute to open Launchpad
can anyone help me with this

Your config.plist settings are wrong.
You're injecting a Fake device-id = 0x19168086 (which is Skylake), but using a KabyLake ig-platform-id 0x59120000.
KabyLake ig-platform-id is not valid with Skylake graphics kexts.

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

I did try the gen_debug tool but going through the results didn't give me any new discovery the Graphic Card is still 31MB, also when viewing the config.plist you posted, I did not find a proper config for 7700HQ hd630 laptop version. it will be much appreciated if you can find out what is going on.

Your config.plist is wrong (invalid FakeID/IntelGFX setting).
