Hello everybody,
i was wondering if you guys have expiernce with lenovo Y50-70 which i want to buy:

System: Lenovo Y50-70
Cpu: Intel Core i7-4710HQ /4xxx / Haswell
Graphic: Nvidia GTX 860M (not supported/there is an onboard intel grahpic card)
Mainboard: Haswell Rev. 06
Southbridge: ID8C49 Rec. 05

I want to use Digidesign mbox 2 mini as audio interface.

I tried to get every information on the internet. If you need more pls let me know.

Mani here and like you i wanna use this laptop for pro tools on mac :D.
I really don't recommend it... i think there are more compatible laptops out there for you... i made a mistake and bought it before dig out a little more info... i think it is possible to run OS X on it but it's a very complicated process.
and take it from me (someone who's been using Hackintosh on desktops in a long time) if u wanna use pro tools and DAW's you're best option is using a mac (even a crappy one). actually it's better if it's crappy cuz that way you can install a stable 10.6.9 on it and use a TON of great music stuff. but if you already bought it there are two other posts who people have similar problems like you on them and This Awesome dude (rehabman) is helping us out.
