Regarding 10.9.2, I've tried both UniBeast and the guide here for Clover. Same problem...it hangs just after the bluetooth. I've tried the cpus=1, -v -X, GraphicsEnabler=no, and also the npci=0x2000 and npci=0x3000 flags separately and in combination. Every time, it hangs here (see photos - left and right sides of screen photographed). Any ideas? I installed osx x86 10.9.2 just fine on my desktop.

Not a desktop. Moved to laptop support.

Please provide complete details in your profile.

    System: manufacturer/model
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

    For example, typical Ivy laptop:
    System: HP ProBook 4540s
    CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
    Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx). For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.
