Lenovo Thinkpad P53 stuck at endrandomseed on installer

I'm unable to boot despite trying everything below. I've attached an image of the verbose log (apologies for the quality), as well as my Clover folder. I haven't been able to pass endrandomseed while installing from usb with high sierra or mojave. Hardware specs at bottom. Any help is greatly appreciated as I'd like to use this laptop to develop cross platform mobile apps and web apps in mac os.

What I've tried:

above guide (^) with UHD 630 config.plist - UEFI USB

I have tried 5101, is there any specific version you have in mind? With any specific kexts or patches? I will add the previous to the list above.

Tried 4961 as well as 5101 again with several combinations of drivers. Is there something wrong with my plist for the hardware I have? It's always the same =\.
