Dear All,

My laptop info as signature below. I finished setup Catalina on Lenovo E490, but still have some issue need to fix.
1. Battery Status (FIXED with this patch)
2. Sound (doesn't test with HDMI, no sound card on Windows 10 when boot with CLOVER) FIXED
3. Backlight control (received Intel UHD 620) (FIXED)

I had try your EFI on my e490 and found HDMI video not working, the same in yours?
