legacy Ubuntu/OSX grub issues

I went ahead and tried bot as true but it had the same result - grub with all entries but only ubuntu selected as before?

When you installed Kali did you boot to Ubuntu and update grub to incluse Kali?
(in terminal type sudo update grub and hit enter)
