Laptop refuses to sleep

So ive been struggling with this for a while now so i thought id ask for help here.
I have a good Catalina install, all works well except sleep, both from apple menu and lid sleep.
Could someone take a look and let me know whats going on please?
Also AppleBusPowerController does not load in Big Sur but loads in Catalina. (Big Sur runs great but also has the same sleep issues.

Sleep Fixed!

Turns out my dGPU was only hidden and not disabled.

I disabled it properly now with the attached SSDT from dortania and Big Sur now sleeps on lid close and wakes when i open the lid.



But still no AppleBusPowerController in Big Sur though.
