Lan crashes on setup

I have a GA-z170xp board and a Skylake Processor. With either the HD 530 or the Nvida gtx-760 when I get to setup and select LAN either DHCP or manula the system crashes. If I say No Lan then it will boot right in. Any suggestions? Once in it wont let me add any netowk devices. Any Help would be appreciated.

How do I implement this on the USB Drive? When it goes to setup for the first time and asks for LAN DHCP or Manual It crashes. So I never get to the desktop.
