KP while booting macOS Big Sur installer

Not sure about the KP, but your system definition is definitely wrong. MacBookPro15,2 uses iX-8xxxU CPUs whilst you have a 7200U, which is a different generation.

I would switch to 14,1 or 14,2 if I were you. See if the KP persists then maybe?

I would also suggest that you post your full config and EFI folder if you need advice from the experts around here
