Since you have an F Series CPU which lacks an is no iGPU you will need a compatible graphics card. There are some Nvidia GPUs that work but the 1660 is problematic, best to purchase a compatible AMD card if you want to take a crack at a Hackintosh.

Hi there.

No, not really. Apple has never made macOS drivers for the GTX1660 and neither has NVidia.

You might be able to install macOS BUT it will have no hardware-accelerated graphics and will cause all kinds of display problems. As @Leesureone explained, it would be better to either use a natively supported NVidia GPU or an AMD one.
