Keyboard doesn't work at boot

Hi All,
i've OSX 10.11.4 and everytime I boot into OS X, at the login window, the keyboard doesn't work (mouse and other peripherals work).
If I wanto to access to my account, I've to unplug and plug the keyboard and all goes well...

Is there a way to fix it?

Does your Mouse & Keyboard work in the BIOS? Are they USB or PS/2?

They work in the BIOS and the keyboard works in Clover.

They are both USB (not type-c).

The keyboard doesn't work when I've to insert the password ... (at the OS X login window...)

Sounds like a USB problem to me. Have you tried another USB Port?

Yes, and I've the same problem ...
In windows I've any problem like this ... The keyboard doesn't work at the login window just in Os X...

I've already used this tweak (as you can see it in the config.plist): USBInjectAll.kext + Port Limit Patch

Does the Mouse work okay through USB? Do you have another Keyboard to test?
