Hi,

I have managed to boot & install 10.9 system via unibeast along with mach_kernel patch for Haswell as mentioned here:- http://www.tonymacx86.com/mavericks...mavericks-asus-g750jx-installation-guide.html

But i cant get to patch the mach_kernel on the hard drive as when I boot from USB to get to the terminal and start typing every key press is repeated as if the clock speed of the machine is too fast! keyboard is unusable. what can i do now?. Help please.

Use the USB to boot but select the OSX installer a second time and not the installed system drive.

When the OSX installer comes on the screen, open the Terminal app from the menu bar at the top and copy it from the command line.

Copy the modified kernel from the USB installer to the system drive.

Ok managed to get USB to boot with Chimera installed but trackpad isn't working.

Thanks, I can now boot into 10.9 but only via the unibeast usb stick. I have copied the patched kernel, that's now ok. Ran multibeast but it's not installing the keyboard & trackpad drivers and says they have not been installed, therefore I have no laptop keyboard or trackpad working and currently using usb keyboard & mouse. I'm now trying to use Clover to be able to boot from hard drive and try the kexts install from there. Any ideas welcome, thanks for your help so far guys!.
