Hello,
Is there a kext that enables me to see the drives connected to the Intel Z87 chipset SATA ports, when the SATA controller is set to RAID Mode? Currently, the drives only appear if the controller is set to AHCI mode.

Thanks,
TonyTech86

Is the kext compatible with Sierra? If it is, what specific files would help lead to a solution?

I don't see where you attached the requested "Problem Reporting" files.

If you had attached the requested files and output, I would have been able to determine:
- if you installed the kext correctly
- whether you have an Intel SATA controller in RAID mode
- whether the kext attached to that SATA controller

And then we could move on from there... but no "Problem Reporting" files are attached..., so I ask that you read "Problem Reporting" part of the FAQ again. Carefully... and respond with the files requested.

Which files? All of the files and output requested in the FAQ,... "Problem Reporting".

I have attached the requested files. Here's the terminal output:

You need the updated SATA-RAID-unsupported.kext.
See attached.

Thanks! Now the non-RAID partitions are working fine.
However, the RAID partition shared by the two drives (created by the Intel RAID Tool) is not appearing.
Because of that, a message pops up every time I turn the computer on: "the disk you inserted was not readable by this computer"
Is there a way to either get the RAID partition to be detected, or at least get rid of the annoying popup?

There is no support for actual Intel RAID...
If you want RAID, use macOS software RAID.

If you have at least one "normal" partition (eg. a small FAT32, NTFS, or HFS+J partition) on a disk, the annoying message will go away.
