kernel_task high CPU

Hi!

i know there is a lot of threads about this problem all over the web, but i'm a heavy user since the first hackintosh has been made possible, and i have already
got this fix with the iMac****.plist several times before.

This time, i'm struggling with it! Every time i have a power loss on the street and the PC dont shutdown properly i loose the FIX, and every time i have made
the trick with the .plist at /System/Library/Extensions/IOPlattformPlugin.kext/Contents/Plugins/ACPI etc...it has worked.

some times i have to copy and remove the file a few times, but it always work!

the PC becomes almost unusable! when i'm using to process anything the kernel_task drop a little, but when i leave him idle it begins to get higher CPU
the CPU TIME and IDLE WAKE UPS gets bigger and bigger as you can see on the screenshot i attached.

If there is some one out there that still struggles with this problem please.

my configuration is way old, i know that. but it still serve me very well without this problem.

hello folks!


after all this time, i came back here to say that i have to re-install el capitan,
in this process, when i came to the moment that have to install my nvidia driver
for GPU, the kernel_task went UP again... so i discover that it has something about the GPU
driver.

trying to discover a way out!
