I haven't gotten many answers from users with similar builds. Could anyone please let me know if there's any way to fix these panic issues? I've had clean installs before using snow leopard, but haven't used a hackintosh since then. The company I worked for was using imac's and they were sufficient for my needs as a video production specialist. Now with my need for a new build due to an imac's hard drive failing I've built this system.

i7 3770K
GTX 670
2 x 240 GB Samsung Extreme SSD @ Raid 0
1 27' Cinema Display plugged into the HD4000 Thunderbolt port.
This image is one of the kernel panics I get.
Every time I shut down the build it will kernel panic 3-4 times unless I boot into the BIOS/UEFI and Save & Exit to restart. This typically only has a maximum of 1-2 kernel panics allowing me to login. There is typically always a flashing screen before the login screen that seems odd with almost plaid like stripes vertically before the login screen.
If I put the computer to sleep upon waking the sound is always out. No option exists to select the Display Audio via USB.
Upon restart there is usually 1-2 kernel panics and then I can log in with no issues again.
Another thing I've noticed is that I've lost some of my system sounds such as the trash sounds both trashing and empyting.
If you guys have any ideas as to what the problem could be I'd greatly appreciate them. I'm out of answers and my work flow can't afford a complete new restart unless it's absolutely necessary.
Thanks in advance for a response.
