I’m trying to upgrade from Sierra to High Sierra and are getting theses kernel pancisbm

There is at least one "backtrace" thread in this forum, look for that. This may be that "drop the MATS" table issue. Some firmwares have MATS, DMAR, and several other tables that must be dropped via a setting in config.plist in order to boot High Sierra. I think @vulgo posted that you can hit 'o' at the clover screen? Not clear on that, it might show you the tables your firmware has?

Should I use o as bootflag
 
Press the o key for options at the Clover boot menu

ACPI patching -> Tables dropping - you can select tables from your firmware to drop for that boot only. Not all firmwares have MATS.
What should I drop
 
Is there a way to save in clover config to always drop table, to avoid having to hit o every boot? My system ha 100% chance to panic even post install if MATS is not dropped.

Nevermind figured it out. Just opened clover conigurator, under drop tables just added MATS and saved.
