Do you want to install OS X on a virtual machine or do you want to build a hackintosh? Your initial post has an image that depicting a virtual machine.

Best to test with real hardware, not VM. Running in a VM gives you no real idea how/if it it will run on the real hardware.

Running in VMs is not the focus of this site...
