Kernel panic on Asus GL552VX

Hey guys,
I try to boot in to the installer on my usb, but there is a little problem while im doing it. The installer just stuck at "system uptime in nanoseconds". I have tried using verbose as well as safe mode but it is not working.
Can you show me what is the problem ?

My basic lap information
Asus gl552vx
I7 6700HQ
GTX 950M
8Gb ram
Ssd 128gb already installed Windows
Hdd 1tb ( will install mac on it)

DVMT-prealloc probably set incorrectly in BIOS, change to 64mb or 128mb (it is probably currently set to 32mb)
