kernel panic issue.....help

Sometimes when I restart my machine I get this kernel panic....then I have to turn off the computer manually and wait 10-15 mins then try again to see if it will work. Any idea what this could be from?

@ericemery, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
