I have the exact same issue. Do you have any news on this?
So I figured that it was caused by one of my LAN ports, I don't remember which one. I have an Asus Z-170 Premium motherboard. I just removed it from preferences and started using the other Ethernet port. Not the most elegant solution but I only need one port.

That was exactly it! I have an Asus Z170 Deluxe, so that was to be expected. Thank you very much!
