Kernel Panic after updating to 10.13.2

System was running fine on High Sierra 10.13.1. I updated to 10.13.2 using the Combo Updater and it goes into a kernel panic.
The installer seems to complete.

It's only once the installer is completed that it starts going into KP.
I can boot into Safe Mode, but nothing else works. Can anyone help?

Tried So Far:
Updated using App Store
Updating via Combo Updater
Updated to latest Lilu.kext, NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext, and fakesmc.kext
Updated apfs.efi
running latest clover

I'd like to also know why the verbose text I'm getting doesn't look like the normal output. These file version numbers are from what subroutine?

A couple weeks later, and still no replies?

Seems that both times I posted a plea for help, no one replies. Am I doing something wrong?
