Kernel panic after bios upgrade

Hi,

I recently upgraded my bios on my second build, the motherboard GA-Z170-D3H had F5 version which I updated to F20.

I followed it up with the usual bios settings (all the recommended settings from this site) but I am unable to boot after that. I get the kernel panic (image attached) and it restarts. It was working perfectly except for the routine hd530 corner flicker.
