Kernal Panic with Legacy

So I got this kernal panic as shown in the picture. I used unibeast to make the installer and am using an Optiplex 755 with an E8400, a Quadro NVS 295, and a 320gb HDD.

@B14NK, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard (Mobo), CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).
