Totally new here. I have the following build:

Gigabyte GA-H97N-WIFI
Intel Xeon E3 1231V3
Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB)
Intel SSD
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 (1024mb)

I am trying to install Yosemite, but I can't get to the Installer page. I keep getting stuck at the "System uptime in nanoseconds:"

IMG_20150301_201056.jpg

I have tried to search for a solution, but with no luck. I've tried the following boot flags:
-x
-v
-x -v
-x nv_disable=1 -v
-x PCIRootUID=0 npci=0x3000 nv_disable=1 -v
and many other combinations, but I always get "System uptime in nanoseconds:"

What am I doing wrong here? Please help!

You have a deadbeef error - Use Search for more info.

Things to try :
Remove one DIMM of RAM and add maxmem=4096 to your boot flags.
Or
Add PCIRootUID=1 to your boot flags.
Or
Remove AppleACPIPlatform.kext and IONetworkingFamily.kext from /Extra/Extensions on the USB.
Or
Any combination of the above.

Good Luck

Thank you for the input! I got into the Installation screen and it is currently installing Yosemite now. I went with:

-v -x maxmem=4096 nv_disable=1

So far so good. I will have to see if I run into problems later.

**UPDATE**
I installed Yosemite without problems.
