Greetings!

Is the attached screenshot the best that can currently be expected with the 630 graphics? Or, is there more that can be done to get full operation? This is on an El Capitan installation, I have not updated to Sierra yet.

I've done the basic setup as per the hardware thread.

Thanks!

Jon

Not enough information provided to answer your question...

I would have thought it would have been a simple answer...

Here you go.

Here you go.

Your ioreg shows it working as expected (with both CI and QE).
You did not implement IGPU PM though... (need GFX0->IGPU rename).
And CPU PM is not implemented either...
Also, HECI should be renamed IMEI so that AppleIntelMEIDriver loads.

I am having very little luck finding out precisely how to apply the recommended changes (I can readily find lots of "talk" about them though). Mind pointing me to the precise methods?

Been there and looked. No info how to apply stated recommendations.

This is what I can find. What do I do with that?

EDIT: Or, do I run Clover Configurator, ACPI section, up top in the DSDT patches, and add that as an entry?

@RehabMan - really not trying to be obtuse here, this is my first run around the track...

Is this what you were suggesting.

config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches is an excellent facility for renaming ACPI objects...
(as noted in my ACPI hotpatch guide)
