MultiBeast will generate this /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist for you as part of running MultiBeast for your system. Use the MultiBeast configuration as in the first post of this thread. Don't use my /Extra/org...plist file directly because, in your case, you are running HD4000 while my system is using a graphics card.
Leave the BIOS Integrated Graphics memory to the default. Mountain Lion determines the memory and sets it aside for use by the processor.
On my Sandy Bridge Zorro system, I'm using two monitors with HD3000 DVI and HDMI. HD4000 works the same way. Go for it.
