iTunes, Quicktime and Youtube wont play

Finally I got sound coming out of my MOBO, so I thought I`d have luck with iTunes QuickTime and Youtube.

YouTube run for about 5 seconds, then the browser freezes

iTunes goes into a freeze just by opening the program

Quicktime gives me the 101 error.

I cannot find any related topic that can solve this matter, and I have searched for hours and days ( almost quit my job )

VLC works great.

Anyone knows how to solve this?

I'm getting a similar issue with my new machine. Everything else seems to be rifling fast but every click in iTunes results in a stall with a spinning wheel. Any ideas on why this could be happening?
