I think your really need to study, how to implement VDADecoder, and how to use ioregistexplorer.
If your really want to share should post like below, is the correctly way to show VDADecoder is implemented in ioreg file, implement QE/CI properly not equal to HW video decode/encode also implemented correctly.

Seems to be incorrect, my HD630 + RX460 work very well and very stable, do not have iTunes issue.

I dont think so. You are incorrect. IGPU on my Desktop is the exact same to the Mac Mini 2012. I originally patched my Desktop to match a Genuine Mac Mini. Radeon & IGPU is a bad combination. Your hardware isn't native Hardware. No Mac uses B250 Chipset. You have a problem with IGAccelVideoContextVEBox anyway. Should not be ejected themselves hence why you have IGAccelVideoContextVEBox in red. Same with my Apple Mac Mini 2012.

It is a condition that I created, IGAccelVideoContextVEBox in red means VDADecoder stopped, because QuickTime is stop and quited, when I re-open QuickTime for video playback, then IGAccelVideoContextVEBox become black.

This time IGAccelVideoContextVEBox is in black.

How do you know it is a bad combination, do you tested same configuration as mine.

Because Genuine Macs such as the Skylake/Kabylake iMacs doesn't use onboard iGPU. They only use Radeon Graphics. Swappable Graphics is not supported on a Hackintosh neither so waste of time. A Hackintosh doesn't have a SMC Controller.

It is not a reason, just use Genuine Macs, why try to be a Hackintosh.
Be a Hackintosh always test HW configuration out of Genuine Macs.

Thats your choice. But dont moan when your machine becomes un-stable. Problem with having both iGPU & Dedicated Graphics enabled cause artefacts and other problems.

Common issues for Hackintosh, I have a lot of parts for testing and eliminate problem is funny.

EDIT just crashed after a few hours. Usually it crashed on opening and closing so it's improved.
EDIT back to normal crashed - I removed Shiki and lost graphics acceleration for a stable iTunes. Don't really use their DMR stuff anyway.

[This little debate aside I’ve fixed my iTunes.

1) completely fresh installation
1a) installed sound using toleda’s 130 code.
2) used intelfixup, Lilu and shiki kexts
3) rebuild cache reboot. Added shikigva=1
4) forced intel decoder
5) reboot checked for hardware encoding = yes.
6) cleared DMR on iTunes.
7) opened iTunes. No crash. Been stable since.]

Result.

Have you implemented IGPU & Intel IMEI correctly?

Post ioreg as ZIP: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app

I believe so? But here have a look..

Depends.
AppleIntelFrameBuffer@0 shows a Display connected but Connector type is 00 04 00 00 are you using DisplayPort?
HDMI uses Connector Type 00 08 00 00.
