it's Sapphire HD 5850 Xtreme a good choice ?

I'm thinking about buy this one:

Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 Xtreme 1GB GDDR5.

It's a cheap and very powerful graphic card and I've read it should work OOB (natively).
Should 5850 work fine in Snow Leopard and Lion? Works OOB? easy install?

6870 is a little expensive but better, in crossfire scalability too. (like all 6000 series)

Yes, it seems from here that the 5850 is supported under Snow Leopard and probably Lion. But I have no personal experience with it and I cannot say if there will be any problems.
