Any ideas? Please!
Thanks.

Have you tried tweaking with the System Power Options in your BIOS? (pic #5 you posted).

Some things you could try to enable (in different combos):
Wake System from S5
PCIeASPM Support
Flash Update Sleep Delay

I'm not sure what these settings do, but you can try them!

Thanks but I tried that but it didn't change anything.
Thank You.

I have the same problem

Lion work perfect and all the install process, but ML just keep rebooting

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with this issue. I hope someone can help us.

Anyone please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks

I will close this thread if you continue to keep bumping it.
If somebody can help you they will but thus far it seems as no.

My suggestion is to install to where you first had a working system CCC that install then slowly work on updating it.

things to look at,

1. Retail OS X and a version that is compatible with your hardware.
2. Recheck your hardware and see if everything is compatible.
3. Check the guide you are using to install OS X and make sure everything is compatible.
4. Search google for OS X and your motherboard and graphics (if your using desecrate).

Do these steps and stop bumping this thread.

Ive just been doing tons of research but I cant find anything so im trying to find help.

When booting with -v. Right after starting Drawin x86_64 it says "boot args: boot-uuid=8481159E-1DEE" ect. then it reboots. Would this have anything to do with it?
