Hi guys,

Just until recently I managed to get my Mountain Lion fully working on a Z77X-UD3H with an i5 2500K (Sandy) and a GTX 570 HD. Everything seems fine now except for the mouse, which randomly skips/stutters a bit and makes it kind of annoying as you have to re-move to click on what you were going to. This happens randomly in periods of 15 to 60 seconds. I'm really not sure what it could be, I have installed a USB kext that enables USB 3 ports and allows the backwards compatibility to use USB 2 on them, even my camera is working now, but I still experience this really annoying issues with the Muse.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Has nobody experienced something like this? I really can't find the issue.

I've even tried with the Logitech Gaming application for Mac.

appleupstreamuserclient kext can cause this. i suggest u copy and paste this kext to desktop then remove from system/library/extensions then run kext utility and reboot

Actually I figured out this issue is caused due to the AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext when the GPU changes states it lags the mouse in different ways depending from which state to which it changes. It sucks.
