I'll admit I haven't tried a hackintosh in a very long time so I'm quite rusty at this, but since the Mojave beta came out I've been unable to install no matter what I do and the problem is that it reboots with like 75% into the macOS install before I can catch a glimpse of the errors being thrown in the log. At best I was able to see something about NVRAM before it restarted. I have even tried adding in boot options to prevent this, but sadly nothing has worked. Also, I have set my BIOS to the recommended settings and I'd prefer not to flash anything to my motherboard.
My hardware:
ASUS X99-A/3.1
i7-5820K
NVIDIA GTX 970
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
Boot options used:
-v dart=0 npci=x2000 debug=0x100
