Issue at step 4 (choice of country)

Hello everybody.
Thank you for your guide.
I started many years ago with TonyMacosX, I was happy with Mawericks, very stable.
I managed to install El capitan, (new install)
however I'm stuck at step 4.
To complete El Capitan install I have to choose the country. But I am not able to perform that. The mouse do not move, and I can’t use “enter” on my keyboard...
Any idea?
