I made my own iSight taken from the 13" MacBook.
The cables are very delicate but (after 4 failures) I managed to make it work and have it's delicate cabling safe for moving.
For this I mostly used the display cable's unwinded sticky textile-like material.
I made a magnetic mounting to my monitors, the tilt is not yet adjustable but I have a plan just need the time.
I worked with two cable color versions:
It has much simpler cabling.

- orange/orange/blue/brown
black/red/green/thin red
