Go with Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H - it's commonly used by the users of this forum and is said to work fine with not much effort needed (and audio works fine as opposed to D3H model).

well if audio is the only thing, then it might work.

I use an audio interface for my audio needs, and never use on board audio.

i cant find a DS3H here either.

D3 is also an option.
