Hi guys i'm planning to build my first hackintosh and I need your help. Actually my first motherboard choice is Asus maximus vi gene. I want to know your comments and suggestions. Thanks in advanced.

I don't think so.

Google i7 4820k socket
then
Google Z87MX D3H socket

Square pegs / round holes ?

For the 4820K you need a socket 2011 motherboard (X79 or C60x). For the 350D case, you need a microATX (or smaller) motherboard. The only one fitting both criterion is the Asus Rampage IV Gene.

Why do you want the 4820K? The 4770K will give basically identical performance, so unless you need other features of the socket 2011 chipsets (8 memory slots, ability to upgrade to 6 cores), you're better off sticking with that. You'll have better and less expensive motherboard choices with the 4770K too.
