Is this a good hackintosh build?

First of all, this is a great form.
Heres my Motherboard and cpu combination:

RAM, HDD, Case, and Optical Drive don't matter as far as whether it will work as a hackintosh, do they?

What about graphics card? If you're using the onboard, follow this guide to get the x4500 working:

If you're getting another graphics card, go for Nvidia no matter what (because it suits your needs, not because I'm a fanboy).
